Vasaloppet 2025

It was ski premiere for Katie today. With a temperature of -20 we weren't out for very long. On the way to ludvika last night Katie had to make a pit stop... Halfway through she looked up at of and said "don't wipe my bum in the snow please dad"!

Brrrrr.

We want to bake this..

...but guess what..appearantly you cant buy chocolate chips in Sweden. At least not at our normal super market. How annoying is that? I wonder if you can use normal baking chocolate blocks. Grate it and freeze before use?
